Thirty Days Biton Savakis, a 42 year old wealthy lawyer in New York City, is lost without his beloved slave of ten years. Since Erik's death from cancer three months before, the will to continue his life as a Dom slipped away. Until now. The forlorn looking redhead seems as lost as Biton feels. Maybe the young man can help ease his tension, even if only for a little while. Cavan never chose the life of a slave, but he doesn't clearly remember a time when he wasn't one. Beaten close to death and thrown aside by his former Master, Cavan doesn't know how to do anything else. When Biton offers him a temporary contract, Cavan doesn't understand the meaning of his new Master's words. All he knows is he has a new home and someone to serve. But what will happen to him when the contract ends... In thirty days... Forever In Biton Savakis' opinion, following the advice of Cavan's therapist isn't working. Refraining from dominant play with an abused submissive trying to heal is one thing. Biton is willing to forgo that part of his life. However, not talking to Cavan about making their arrangement permanent doesn't make sense. Three months after his new master promises him forever, Cavan is afraid it won't happen. Although the thirty day contract is long over, Biton hasn't offered a new one. Nightmares about testifying against his former master don't make life easier. Just as Cavan begins to understand what he means to Biton, Cavan's past reaches out to steal his happiness and maybe his life. Content: M/M, bondage, Domination/submission

The Natural Process of Quitting Forever was written over a period of years. It started when I was seeing people who wanted to avoid 12 Step attendances while still wanting to end alcohol and drug problems. The book we were using generated questions and was not specific about quitting forever. I was tape recording and video taping the sessions for my review. I noticed I was answering the same questions over again with different people. I wrote down what I was telling them and started using the essays when I talked with new people. I always encouraged people to criticize what was written for clarity and content. At a point in time, I had enough written where I comb bound the papers with a table of contents and started selling my book. I kept editing and revising and adding to the book until it reached the point of what you are reading today. Author House afforded me the opportunity to publish professionally what I had been publishing and selling using my desktop publishing program with comb binding. It was written talking to people about quitting forever all alcohol and drug use while they read the book for that purpose. People are quitting forever by reading the book The Natural Process of Quitting Forever. It was not something I sat down and wrote but was written because people quitting forever told me it was helpful information leading them along their path to recovery. Check out my web site: quittingforever.org where I explain core concepts using cartoon like graphic illustration with verbal and written explanation. The web site also has some short video explanations by me.

Food Freedom Forever shows you how to design your reset, making your short-term protocol maximally effective. You’ll learn how to spot your specific triggers before they’re pulled and strategies for dealing with temptation, strengthening your new healthy habits, and boosting your willpower. Melissa also shares advice for retaining your food freedom during holidays, vacations, periods of life stress, social pressure, and criticism from friends and family. End chronic pain—for good—with this practical guide from the PBS personality behind Classical Stretch and author of the New York Times bestseller Aging Backwards. Chronic pain is the most common cause of long-term disability in the United States. Twenty percent of American adults accept back spasms, throbbing joints, arthritis aches, and other physical pain as an inevitable consequence of aging, illness, or injury. But the human body is not meant to endure chronic pain. Miranda Esmonde-White has spent decades helping professional athletes, ballet dancers, and Olympians overcome potentially career-ending injuries and guiding MS patients and cancer survivors toward pain-free mobility. Now, in Forever Painless, she shows everyone how to heal their aching bodies and live pain free. The root of nearly all pain is movement—or lack thereof. We need to move our bodies to refresh, nourish, and revitalize our cells. Without physical activity, our cells become stagnant and decay, accelerating the aging process and causing pain. People who suffer chronic pain often become sedentary, afraid that movement and activity will make things worse, when just the opposite is true: movement is essential to healing. In Forever Painless, Miranda provides detailed instructions for gentle exercise designed to ease discomfort in the feet and ankles, knees, hips, back, and neck—allowing anyone to live happier, healthier, and pain-free no matter their age.

Because it was the only way to survive. But now, after I betrayed him, the clock has been reset and I'm worse off then when I started, locked in a loveless prison of hopeless longing. And if I try to escape, it's my family who will pay the price.I've changed...30 days of pain have pushed me to my limits, and I'm no longer meek, bending Willow. I'm not going to live like this forever; I'm finding the strength to fight back in my own way. But nobody's ever won a war against Sergei. When Christal Presley's father was eighteen, he was drafted to Vietnam. Like many men of that era who returned home with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), he was never the same. Christal's father spent much of her childhood locked in his room, gravitating between the deepest depression and unspeakable rage, unable to participate in holidays or birthdays. At a very young age, Christal learned to walk on eggshells, doing anything and everything not to provoke him, but this dance caused her to become a profoundly disturbed little girl. She acted out at school, engaged in self-mutilation, and couldn't make friends. At the age of eighteen, Christal left home and didn't look back. She barely spoke to her father for the next thirteen years. To any outsider, Christal appeared to be doing well: she earned a BA and a master's, got married, and traveled to India. But despite all these accomplishments, Christal still hadn't faced her biggest challenge—her relationship with her father. In 2009, something changed. Christal decided it was time to begin the healing process, and she extended an olive branch. She came up with what she called "The Thirty Day Project," a month's worth of conversations during which she would finally ask her father difficult questions about Vietnam. Thirty Days with My Father is a gritty yet heartwarming story of those thirty days of a daughter and father reconnecting in a way that will inspire us all to seek the truth, even from life's most difficult relationships. This beautifully realized memoir shares how one woman and her father discovered profound lessons about their own strength and will to survive, shedding an inspiring light on generational PTSD.

What he does like no other on stage, he now has done on paper. Forever Changed is a must read.” Tony Hammon, Author Bone of my Bones. “Just as Mac brings characters to life on the stage, he transforms the written word into another world…you won’t want an intermission!” Janet Folger, Speaker/author True to Life. “Forever Changed burst to life in this intriguing drama by Mac McConnell.” Gigi Graham, Author/Speaker.

***THE NO. 1 SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLER*** A spy is dead. A legend is born. This is how it all began. The explosive prequel to Casino Royale, from bestselling author Anthony Horowitz. M laid down his pipe and stared at it tetchily. 'We have no choice. We’re just going to bring forward this other chap you’ve been preparing. But you didn’t tell me his name.' 'It’s Bond, sir,' the Chief of Staff replied. 'James Bond.' The sea keeps its secrets. But not this time. One body. Three bullets. 007 floats in the waters of Marseille, killed by an unknown hand. It’s time for a new agent to step up. Time for a new weapon in the war against organised crime. It’s time for James Bond to earn his licence to kill. This is the story of the birth of a legend, in the brutal underworld of the French Riviera.
